Dr. Sarvendran achieved her Doctor of Dentistry from the University of Oslo, Norway in 2007. She practiced in Oslo, and then England, before moving to Toronto in 2013. Throughout her years of practice, she has increased her range of Dentistry to include, but not limited to, Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Invisalign, Crown and Bridge, Paediatric Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Her passion lies in ensuring that her patients comfort and well-being are first and foremost. Dr. Sarvendran belongs to RCDSO, ODA, York Region Dental Society and AGD.
Dr. Sharon Poon was born and raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario and moved to Adelaide, Australia to study dentistry at University of Adelaide. After achieving her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree she practiced in Newcastle, Australia before moving back to Toronto in 2020. She enjoys providing patients with a full range of dental treatment, which include, but are not limited to, Invisalign, Crown and Bridge, Oral Surgery, Paediatric Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her philosophy of care towards patients is to help them achieve long-term aesthetic and functional smiles, while prioritizing patient comfort, and ensuring all patients’ feel heard and have their concerns addressed. She can communicate fluently in English, French and Cantonese. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading, going for hikes and runs and baking.
Dr. Poon belongs to RCDSO, ODA and York Region Dental Society.
Marlene has been practicing dental hygiene at our office for over 25 years. She enjoys keeping up to date with current oral and general health trends, research and sharing the information with her patients. She loves to work with all ages and particularly enjoys making anxious patients feel more comfortable in her chair. She strives to make each patients dental experience a positive one!
Gabriella (Gabby) strives to make our office run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She is aware that impeccable infection control is crucial in a dental setting and she ensures that our infection control procedures meet or exceed provincial and national guidelines. She has the prestigious role as Regatta Dental’s Infection Control Coordinator. She has been with our office for over 30 years and has held many a nervous hand in her time here!
Maki is an extremely caring and passionate dental assistant who provides top level care to the patients. Maki always greets each individual with a smile and her overall positive nature helps the patients feel at ease.
Other than work, Maki loves cooking, music, and spending time with her family and friends.
Nänz has been in the dental field for more than 28 years and continues to be passionate about it. She loves interacting with patients and working on their treatment plans.
When not in the office, she spends her leisure time cooking, baking and bonding with her family and dog, Fenton.
Uzma finished her education from the University of Toronto and has been working in the dental sector. She became very passionate about dentistry from her very first dental job as a dental treatment coordinator and has been in the field for a few years now.
She has further study plans in this field and apart from studying she enjoys traveling, art and photography. Uzma believes that art and dentistry go hand in hand.
Rushiya is currently a student at the Ontario Tech University where she is studying health sciences. She found an interest in dentistry through volunteer work and has been a dental receptionist since.
In her spare time she enjoys going on hikes and exploring new cities.
Deeba is a highly experienced dental receptionist with 20 years of tenure in the field. Deeba’s extensive experience and training have given her a deep understanding of patient care. She is known for delivering exceptional service to every individual she encounters.
Outside of work, Deeba enjoys reading books, listening to music, and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
